    This old house is managed by the Totoro Hometown Foundation as a base of operations for protecting "Totoro Forest," and a life-sized Totoro greets you at the entrance. Try to find Kurosuke, who is hidden here and there on the exterior walls and in the entrances and exits.

Tokorozawa Aviation Memorial Park, 1-13 Namiki, Tokorozawa, Saitama 359-0042
Known as the site of Japan's first airfield, built in 1911. The park was built on the site of a former US military base, which was partially returned in 1971. At the Tokorozawa Aviation Memorial Museum within the park, visitors can learn about the mechanics of airplanes, and the fuselage of the domestically produced passenger aircraft, the YS-11, is on display.
