  • Mount Fuji Komitake Shrine
It is also known as the place where you can see snow for the longest time in the Kanto region, and you can see snow from October when the first snow falls until around May when the snow melts. In winter (December to March), the road is sometimes closed due to snow accumulation, and you may have to go as far as the Osawa Observatory at the 4th station, which is lower than the 5th station. Sometimes it is shrouded in clouds, allowing you to get a real sense of the height of Mt. Fuji.
  • Yamanashi Prefectural Mount Fuji World Heritage Center
This facility exhibits the constituent assets and cultural heritage of Mt. Fuji, and introduces the background and significance of its registration as a World Heritage Site. You can learn about the charms of Mt. Fuji in a fun way through special exhibitions, events, and an exhibition guide system.
  • Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway
The spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from Tenjo Mountain, the setting of the folktale "Kachi Kachi Yama," can be enjoyed from the Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the lake on the Lake Kawaguchi sightseeing boat "Tenpei" is also exceptional.
